I have my own philosophy, it's the best I've found, When you're feeling down, look up. Look up Psalm 103 verse 12, if sin has got you bound, When you're feeling down, look up. I don't mean to be negative, but I positively know, Some of these so-called teachers are just out to make some dough. I don't need a better book, the good book's still around, When I'm feeling down, I look up. CHORUS 2 I Look up John 16:33 for where my true hope lies, I Look up Isaiah 25 verse 8 each time I cry. "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." - Matthew 6:33 "Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance." - James 1:2-3 "as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us." - Psalm 103:12 "And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away." - 1Peter 5:4 "He will swallow up death forever, And the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from all faces" - Isaiah 25:8 "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world." - John 16:33 CHORUS 3 Look up your soul's salvation, in Romans 10 verse 9, Look up how much God loves you it's John 3:16 time.
